Return & Refund Policy

At driftedloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a clear and fair return process so every interaction with our store is handled professionally.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused with original tags, manuals, and accessories

  • In its original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

2. Return Process

Approved Returns:
If approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Unauthorized Returns:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Quality Issues:
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, driftedloom covers return shipping costs.

Customer Preference:
If returning due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact support@driftedloom.com immediately so we can provide a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Digital gift cards or Final Sale items

  • Hazardous materials (if applicable)

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.

7. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank may require 3–5 additional business days to complete the refund.
