    A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment. You can track your package via our website or the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to appear.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    driftedloom is not responsible for customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Damaged or Lost Items
    Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to support@driftedloom.com within 72 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for items damaged in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages: driftedloom is not liable for packages lost or stolen after tracking shows "Delivered." If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors or contact the carrier.
